The present invention relates to a solid polymer electrolyte composition and an electrochromic device using the same and, more specifically, to a solid polymer electrolyte composition and an electrochromic device using the same which is capable of improving durability and reliability by preventing adhesion between a discoloration layer and an opposite electrode by uniformly distributing spacers included; and maintaining uniform discoloration by adjusting a constant interval between the discoloration layer and the opposite electrode on the large-area electrochromic device.
