摘要 Provided are a built-in capacitive touch display screen and a touch point detection method and system therefor. Firstly according to different grey scale images displayed by the built-in capacitive touch display screen under a non-touch control state and the cross point distribution of each row and each column of the built-in capacitive touch display screen, the noise value of each cross point, while corresponding to different grey scales under the non-touch control state, is acquired; then the theoretical noise value of each cross point under a current image is acquired; and subsequently the cross points of each row and each column of the built-in capacitive touch display screen are involved, and the theoretical noise value under the current image is compensated into a detection signal to thereby locate the location of a touch point. Thus, the built-in capacitive touch display screen and the touch point detection method and system therefor of the present invention can compensate the noise interference caused by the liquid crystal capacitance while displaying an image in real time, and accurately detect a touch control point, thereby reducing the influence of the image display on touch control.
