PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a position control apparatus having a function for performing position correction operation by using a position sensor in order to move and stop a control target machine to/on a target position.SOLUTION: A position control apparatus 80 includes a position command block 21a to which a function for outputting a state of a first speed command value is added; position correction means 31a to which a function capable of controlling whether or not the position correction function is to be operated on the basis of a command from the outside; and a correction operation commander for commanding whether or not the position correction means 31a is to be operated on the basis the state of the first speed command value outputted from the position command block 21a, namely movement quantity based on the number of pulses of a pulse-string type first speed command value. |
