Disclosed is a safety valve. According to the present invention, a safety valve installed in a compression tank, and preventing the explosion of the compression tank by discharging a fluid from the inside of the compression tank when the pressure of the fluid inside the compression tank exceeds a set pressure comprises: a safety valve housing installed at the entrance of the compression tank, having an inlet into which a fluid flows, and having an outlet from which the fluid is discharged; a first operating unit installed inside the safety valve housing, closing the inlet, opening the outlet by being operated when the pressure of the fluid inside the compression tank exceeds the set pressure, and discharging the fluid from the inside the compression tank through the outlet; and a second operating unit installed in the middle of a bypass fluid discharge line connecting the inlet and the outlet, and discharging the fluid from the inside of the compression tank through the bypass fluid discharge line by being operated when temperature outside the safety housing exceeds a set temperature.
