Disclosed are a client device and a method for performing communication thereof. The method for performing the communication of the client device which is wirelessly connected to an AP device according to the present invention includes the steps of: receiving internet access information to instruct whether to access internet in the AP device from the AP device through a first communication interface for first wireless communication; activating a second communication network interface for second wireless communication if the received internet access information instructs that the internet access is impossible; and changing a routing table to pass an internet packet through the second communication network interface which is activated.
