PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel oil C composition which is excellent in ignitability and combustibility, and enable combustion equipment such as external combustion equipment, diesel equipment and gas turbine equipment to be stably operated.SOLUTION: The fuel oil C composition has an ignitability index I represented by expression 1 of 0 or more and less than 15. I=exp(-12.205+12.680×d-0.126×ln(V)-0.451×ln(Tm10)+1.589×ln(Tm50)-0.659×ln(Tm90))...(expression 1), where d is a density at 15°C, V is a kinetic viscosity at 50°C, Tm10, Tm50 and Tm90 are 10% weight decrease temperature, 50% weight decrease temperature and 90% weight decrease temperature respectively under nitrogen atmosphere by a thermal weight-differential thermal analysis. |
