This invention discloses a derivative of a GLP-1 analogue or its pharmaceutical salts, wherein said GLP-1 analogue contains the amino acid sequence of general formula (I). The derivative of the GLP-1 analogue provided by this invention has the function of human GLP-1, and a longer half-life in vivo compared with the human GLP-1. The derivative of the GLP-1 analogue or its pharmaceutical salts, or pharmaceutical compositions containing the derivative of the GLP-1 analogue or its pharmaceutical salts provided by this invention could be used widely in treating non-insulin-dependent diabetes, insulin-dependent diabetes or obesity.
