According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided is a slag induction smelting furnace which is capable of increasing the electric conductivity, at the same time minimizing the increase of the heat conductivity in a smelting furnace block, to augment the overall slag heating capacity. The slag induction smelting furnace, according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a storing vessel where the slag is stored and a coil portion provided on the outer circumference of the storing vessel. The storing vessel includes a plurality of blast furnace blocks which are insulated against the outside and an epidermal layer provided on the surface of the blast furnace blocks. |
