The method involves inserting tube section into vulcanizing die, as outer sleeve (3) and corrosion-inhibiting material made inner sleeve (2), to form circumferential gap between sleeves. The vulcanization tool closure is performed under circumferential sealing of gap, at axial end faces of inner sleeve. An elastomer is introduced into gap, followed by vulcanization of elastomer to elastomer structure (5) adhering to one of inner and outer sleeves. A tubular adapter piece (6) made of iron alloy with corrosion-resistant surface coating is inserted into inner sleeve, after tool opening.
