Communication protocol for exchanging management data between communication devices by means of data management transactions and a data management structure

The communication protocol has a command for displaying control actions of the communication protocol on data management activities of the communication protocol. Another command is provided for using a data management structure of the communication protocol for the exchange of control data between the communication devices. The communication devices are formed after a Digital Enhanced Cordless Telecommunications-standard, particularly after a Cordless Advanced Technology Internet and Quality-standard. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for exchanging control data between communication devices; and (2) a communication device with a displaying unit.
