Built-in grill (1) comprising a boxed frame (3) inside which there is a cooking compartment (4); a grill (6) fixed to a support structure (7) adapted to slide within the cooking compartment (4) between a retracted position, wherein the grill (6) is arranged within the cooking compartment (4) and an extracted position, wherein the grill (6) is arranged outside the cooking compartment (4); a hotplate (8) mechanically connected to the boxed frame (3) so as to be manually moved from and towards the grill (6), between a lowered position, wherein the hotplate (8) is arranged with its heating surface at a minimum distance from the grill (6), and a lifted position, wherein it is arranged with its heating surface at a maximum distance from the grill (6) itself; and a exhaust fan apparatus (9) arranged inside the boxed frame (3) and structured so as to extract the fumes generated by the food within the cooking compartment (4). |
