The present invention relates to an acidic vesicle having a sensitive releasability of encapsulated substances in accordance with pH variation and a method for producing the same. The acidic vesicle modified with cinamic acid and proteinoide according to the present invention releases relatively large amount of the encapsulated substances within a specific pH range, and has very high pH sensitivity.
