The present invention relates to CO2 sugar scrub and a method for manufacturing the same and, more specifically, to CO2 sugar scrub which: comprises 65 wt% of sugar extracted from sugar cane, 8 wt% of sodium bicarbonate, 5 wt% of coconut oil, 5 wt% of sodium lauryl sulfate, 5 wt% of betaine, 1 wt% of citric acid, 5 wt% of PVP, 5 wt% of ethanol, and 1 wt% of perfume; can be used for sensitive skin by using vegetable raw materials without using artificial colors and antiseptic; removes blackhead and old keratin inside hair follicle using sugar and sugar granule in which vitamin and mineral are contained; removes old keratin by softening the old keratin with citric acid; increases washing effects by bubbles generated by CO2 when using sugar scrub; and maximizes scrub effects by not generating a skin pulling phenomenon after removing keratin by providing moisture to skin by coconut oil, and to a method for manufacturing the same.
