Disclosed is a thermal spray aluminum (TAS) coating method for the interface between different coating regions. The TAS coating method for the interface between different coating regions performing a TSA coating on the interface where a TSA coating region and the other coating region includes a surface treatment step which blasts the surfaces of the TSA coating region and the other coating region adjoining to the TSA coating region; a TSA coating layer forming step which forms a TSA coating layer on the top surface of the blasted TAS coating region; a different coating layer forming step which forms the other coating layer on the top surface of the other blasted coating region to be partially overlapped with the top surface of the TSA coating layer; and a coating step which coats the top surfaces of the TSA coating layer and the other coating layer.
