The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a concrete pile and a construction method of the concrete pile and, more specifically, to a manufacturing method of a concrete pile which is provided to use steel slag, thereby reducing the weight of the concrete pile while increasing strength of the concrete pile, and a construction method of the concrete pile. The manufacturing method of a concrete pile and the construction method of the concrete pile according to the present invention comprise: a preparation process (S100) of installing manufactured bodies (110, 110′), which are formed to be mutually faced, by burying the lower parts of the manufactured bodies (110, 110′) into the ground and making the upper parts of the manufactured bodies (110, 110′) exposed from the ground; a steel wire connection process (S100) for installing multiple steel wires (100) on the manufactured bodies (110, 110′) which complete the preparation process (S100); a mold process (S300) for installing a mold (200) to wrap around the steel wires (100) installed in the steel wire connecting process (S200); a placing process (S400) for placing ready-made concrete (150) in the mold (200) installed in the mold process (S300); and a curing process (S500) for making the ready-made concrete to be a concrete pile (170) which has a pipe shape wrapping around the steel wires (100) by removing the mold (200) while curing the ready-made concrete (150) placed in the placing process (S400).
