An RF switch for preventing sticking is provided to make the contact of the switch separated from a signal transmission line even if the surface of the switch contact is fused and stuck by including a second piezoelectric drive or sticking prevention part. In an RF switch for preventing sticking, a cantilever(200) is connected to the support and rises from the lower part. A first and second piezoelectric drives(300,400) are formed in upper part cantilever and are operated independently. A switch contact(500) is connected to the cantilever through a hinge(520). The RF switch for the sticking prevention increases cantilever by driving first piezoelectric drive. The switch contact is connected to the cantilever. Therefore, it is ascended together with the cantilever, and it is contacted with the signal transmission lines having in the upper part of the switch contact. |
