ELECTRODE MATERIAL AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF AS WELL AS SUPER-CAPACITOR BASED ON THE SAME

An electrode material and a preparation method thereof as well as a super-capacitor based on the same. Raw materials for preparing the electrode material comprise polyvinylidene fluoride and additives which can be reactive with polyvinylidene fluoride to obtain a conductively active substance. The polyvinylidene fluoride is 50-99% by weight and the additives are 1-50% by weight. A composite film based on polyvinylidene fluoride is prepared by the raw materials and activated by a physiochemical process to obtain a conductively active substance from the polyvinylidene fluoride, so a contact resistance between the polyvinylidene fluoride and the active substance is reduced, and the conductively active substance is distributed in the composite film based on polyvinylidene fluoride more uniformly. A button and winding super-capacitors and a flexible super-capacitor prepared by the electrode material are not only very high in power density and energy density and long in cycle life; but also low in cost, simple in process, and suitable for manufacturing and using in large scale.
