The present invention relates to a functional pump chamber and a method for constructing natural lakes using the same, and the functional pump chamber comprises: a housing; a plurality of water pipes provided in a sidewall of the housing; gate valves respectively provided on the plurality of water pipes; at least one water purification and circulation pump which circulates lake water and pond water; and at least one hydraulic facility operating pump for supplying the lake water and the pond water to hydraulic facilities, wherein the water purification and circulation pumps and the hydraulic facility operating pumps are provided within the housing, and the method for constructing natural lakes comprises the steps of: (a) constructing a park filter trap for water purification in one place selected from among a waterside natural green area of a lake or a pond, an artificial wetland area, or an artificial island; and (b) installing the functional pump chamber in the park filter trap or in a neighboring green land area, wherein the functional pump chamber is installed as a collection well having an open upper part in the inside of the park filter trap or in the neighboring green land area. Thus, the invention can construct a lake or a pond in a reasonable manner with easy maintenance and can be effective for water purification and the management of water environments, and further, the invention can maximize the economic efficiency with respect to management. |
