METHOD FOR IMPROVING SPORTSMEN PHYSICAL EFFICIENCY (VARIANTS)

The proposed invention relates to medicine, in particular to sports medicine, more definite to physiotherapy and can be used for improving sportsmen physical efficiency. A known method comprises the action of physical factor on a human's cutaneous covering, subsequent control of physical efficiency before and after procedures session. According to the 1-st variant of the proposed invention cooled gas is used as a physical factor for applying directly on the cutaneous covering, wherein naked patient is placed in a chamber providing heat protection of wrists, feet, auricles and respiratory organs, gas temperature ranges between -110 and -120°C with procedure lasting for 150-210 seconds. According to the 2-nd variant of the proposed invention cooled gas is used as a physical factor for applying directly on the cutaneous covering, wherein naked patient is placed in a chamber, gas temperature being between -110 to -180°C, wherein facial head part is protected against the cold action and the procedure lasts for 150-210 seconds. Thus the cooling of the maximum area of the cutaneous covering of the human provides an effective increase of physical efficiency by excluding side effects.
