PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger of a hot water boiler that causes a large amount of heat energy conventionally discharged from the smokestack of an incinerator to atmosphere to be subjected to heat exchange into hot water by a method with good heat efficiency to thereby effectively utilize the heat energy, can be manufactured at low cost, can facilitate maintenance because of being compact, and can be operated at low running cost.SOLUTION: A heat exchanger of a hot water boiler includes an inner water cylinder 30 having a spiral fin 32 in the upper center part of a base 18, and an outer water cylinder 40 having an inflow gas flue port 41 and a discharge gas flue port 42 of the heat exchanger of an incinerator on the outer periphery of the spiral fin. A method of manufacturing the heat exchanger makes the spiral fin while sequentially welding, on an outer wall 31 of the inner water cylinder 30. |
