The purpose of the present invention is to provide a piston of which fuel efficiency is improved by reducing an oil pumping loss caused by the reduction of the amount of oil and of which skirt cooling efficiency and connecting rod lubricating efficiency are improved. The piston of the present invention includes an inner oil gallery of a ring shape where the oil passes through and an oil inlet for guiding the inflow of the oil jetted from an oil jetting nozzle into the oil gallery via the oil inlet. A slope is formed on the inner periphery of the oil inlet so that the inner diameter of the oil inlet becomes greater to the end of an opening of the oil jetting nozzle. The outer periphery of the oil inlet is connected to the piston to be rotated around a central axis of the oil inlet.
