PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underfloor sound insulation material excellent in workability during assembly and capable of effectively preventing a sound from being transmitted through an underfloor space between adjacent rooms.SOLUTION: An underfloor sound insulation material 50 arranged in an underfloor space 30 of a double floor structure 1 includes: a sound insulation body 51 capable of being bent in a lateral direction; a downside elastic member 60 that is interposed between a lower edge of the sound insulation body 51 and a top surface 10a of a floor slab 10; and an upside elastic member 70 that is interposed between an upper edge of the sound insulation body 51 and an undersurface 20a of a floor material 20.
