PURPOSE: A display device is provided to improve output characteristics by enhancing turn on/off characteristics of a TFT. CONSTITUTION: A first pull up transistor (TPU1) outputs an X clock signal to the output terminal of an n stage in response to a potential of node Q. A first pull down transistor (TPD1) outputs a first low potential voltage to the output terminal of the n stage in response to a potential of node QB. A node Q charging and discharging unit (T5) charges or discharges the node Q. A node charging and discharging unit (T2-1, T2-2, T3-1) charges the node QB and discharges to a second low potential voltage. A first transistor (T1) switches a current path between the node Q and the output terminal of the n stage in response to the X clock signal. |
