METHOD FOR LOCAL ISCHEMIA IN RESECTION OF KIDNEY ACCORDING TO STAKHOVSKYI

摘要

The method for the local ischemia in resection of the kidney according to Stakhovskyi comprises the separation and mobilization of the kidney, and resection. For ischemia of the kidney, two haemostatic removable ligatures are passed through the unaffected edge of parenchyma under the base of the space-occupying lesion along two opposite semicircles of the adjacent parenchyma. The ends are tightened and the threads compress the unaffected parenchyma.
