PURPOSE: An exercising management rope obtaining bio-information and an exercising management method using the same are provided to understand the current health condition to improve the problems of prior technology, properly perform exercises after understanding the suitable exercising load by letting a user control and recognize the proper momentum through a virtual screen or vibration of the handle during the exercise. CONSTITUTION: An exercise management rope obtaining bio-information is provided to analyze the obtained bio-information and health condition of a user, and indicate the analyzed health condition and momentum according to the health condition. The skipping rope comprises a key input unit(211), a first and a second sensor unit(110)(120), a controller(200), a liquid display unit(221), and vibrating motors(222a)(222b). The skipping rope(102) equipped with several LEDs(LED 1-N) indicates the letters or images as residual color effect when a skipping rope rotates as it flickers by the power source supplied from the handle(101a),(101b) and controls the controller(200).
