PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power conversion apparatus on which output phase interruption detection means having high output phase interruption detection accuracy is mounted.SOLUTION: In an arithmetic operation section 50, a counter 54 counts the number of times of changing an output voltage of an output terminal OUT from L level to H level while following a change of an upper arm drive signal into a logical value turning ON an IGBT 11 of an upper arm. A counter 55 counts the number of times of changing the output voltage from H level to L level while following a change of a lower arm drive signal into a logical value turning ON an IGBT 12 of a lower arm. In the case where a difference between count values of the counters 54 and 55 is not changed for a fixed time, it is determined that output phase interruption occurs. |
