PURPOSE: A pressing and fitting device for a piston is provided to prevent breakage of a piston ring in fitting the piston assembly to a cylinder bore by arranging the cylinder bore of an engine cylinder block and a through hole of a piston supply jig. CONSTITUTION: A piston fitting device comprises a piston supply jig separably combined with a cylinder block of an engine; a first cylinder member(20) installed near the piston supply jig; a second cylinder member(30) installed to a rod(21) of the first cylinder member through a bracket member(23); and a piston fitting assembly(40) having a hollow body(43) including a penetration part(41) fixed to the bracket member, a protrusion member(33) formed in the rod of the second cylinder member with sliding along the penetration part, a slider member(45) sliding in the penetration part by the protrusion member, and a head member(47) installed in the end of the body and contacted to the piston assembly in moving the piston assembly into the cylinder bore. Breakage is prevented in supplying the piston assembly to the cylinder bore by aligning the cylinder bore of the cylinder block and the through hole of the piston supply jig.
