An image forming apparatus with at least two cassettes is provided to recognize that a cassette is detached easily when one of two cassettes is detached, thereby providing convenience when using the image forming apparatus. An image forming apparatus includes the first cassette(120) and the second cassette(140) passing the first cassette and supplying print sheet. The drawer connector is connected to a main board of the image forming apparatus. The drawer connector is in the first cassette. When the first cassette is mounted on the image forming apparatus, the first cassette is connected to the first drawer connector. The image forming apparatus outputs a mounting signal indicating that the first cassette is mounted in the image forming apparatus to the main board through the first and second drawer connectors. |
