PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bath water heater configured to properly supply micro air bubbles to a bathtub. SOLUTION: The bath water heater includes: a circulation pipe (reheating circulation pipe 15) which circulates and returns bath water 6 derived from a bathtub 5 to the bathtub 5; a circulation pump 14 which circulates the bath water 6 in the circulation pipe; a first micro air bubble generation device 16 which is provided in the middle of the circulation pipe to generate micro air bubbles in the bath water; and a second micro air bubble generation device 17 which is provided in the circulation pipe downstream of the first micro air bubble generation device 16 and generates micro air bubbles in the bath water. The micro air bubbles are supplied to the bathtub 5 by generating the micro air bubbles by the first micro air bubble generation device 16 and second micro air bubble generation device 17, while the bath water 6 is circulated in the circulation pipe.
