摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a single nucleotide polymorphism marker in PPARγgene for diagnosing the quality of Korean beef and a method for diagnosing the quality of Korean beef using the same. The present invention provides the single nucleotide polymorphism(SNP) marker for diagnosing the quality of Korean beef comprising polynucleotide including at least one nucleotide selected from the group consisting of the 126th nucleotide in the sequence number 1, the 72th nucleotide in the sequence number 2, and the 54th nucleotide in the sequence number 3 or its complementary polynuceotide. Also, the present invention provides the method and a kit for diagnosing the quality of Korean beef. Based on the above, the present invention can be useful for selecting a breed of Korean native cattle with excellent meat quality early and improving the breed.
