PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition which enables formation of a coating film that has high refractive index, excellent transparency and good developability, and provide a coating film that is made by using the resin composition and has excellent performance for a protection film, a flat film, an insulating film, or an antireflection film.SOLUTION: A resin composition includes an oxide fine particle (A) such as zirconium and titanium, an alkali-soluble resin (B), a 9,9-bisphenol substituted fluorene skeleton-containing monomer (C), and arbitrarily includes a silane compound (D) and an organic solvent. |
