The present invention relates to a method for producing mixed fermented tea which utilizes a fermented tangerine peel and yellow tea as main materials which utilizes a fermented tangerine peel and yellow tea produced by fermenting green tea as main materials and obtains functionality which each material has while providing a unique deep taste and the unique smell of fermented tea and a unique deep taste and the unique smell of sub materials by sorting and adding the sub materials which can be in harmony with the main materials. To achieve the described purpose, the present invention produces the mixed fermented tea which utilizes a fermented tangerine peel produced by fermenting a tangerine peel and yellow tea produced by fermenting green tea as the main materials by grinding red ginseng, cinnamon, rosemary, quince, peppermint, mint, fennel, a cinnamon rose, and lemon verbena; sorting the ground materials; obtaining a mixture by sorting and mixing the sub materials with fermented tangerine peel and yellow tea utilized as the main materials after preparing the sub materials by roasting the sorted particles of the ground materials; and packing a fixed amount of the mixture in a tea bag. |
