<p>Active ingredient-containing particles with retarded active ingredient release, comprises a core comprising the active ingredient and a retard coating. The release of the active ingredient is retarded. The active ingredient is hydromorphone, a salt or solvate, and the core contains the hydromorphone, the salt or solvate mixed with an antioxidant. Independent claims are also included for: (1) a drug for oral administration with at least one active ingredient-containing particle; and (2) producing the active ingredient-containing particles, comprising (i) coating the inert pellet with the active ingredient-containing layer, (ii) drying the obtained product, (iii) coating the dried product with the retard coating.</p> |
