A member for controlling luminous flux according to the embodiment of the present invention includes: an incident surface to which light is inputted; a first refractive surface to which light from the incident surface is outputted; a reflective surface to which light from the first refractive surface is outputted; and a second refractive surface to which light from the reflective surface is outputted. A display device according to the embodiment of the present invention includes: a driving substrate; a light source which is arranged on the driving substrate; a member for controlling the luminous flux, which is arranged on the light source; and a display panel to which the light from the member for controlling the luminous flux is inputted. The member for controlling the luminous flux includes the first refractive surface which receives the light from the light source and outputs the light to the reflective surface and the second refractive surface which receives the light from the reflective surface and outputs the light.
