PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio terminal, a setting control method, and a program which can prevent unauthorized use of radio terminals by a third party even in a predetermined area.SOLUTION: A radio terminal 101 is controlled using an external device 111. The radio terminal 101 includes: a position determination section 102 which determines whether or not the radio terminal 101 is located in a predetermined effective area; a device determination section 103 which determines whether or not the external device 111 is permitted to control the radio terminal 101 using identification information of the external device 111; and a control section 104 which makes the radio terminal 101 available when the position determination section 102 determines that the radio terminal 101 is in the effective area and the device determination section 103 determines that the external device 111 is permitted to control the radio terminal 101. |
