Optical bleaching composition contng. 1) an anionic optical bleach and 2) a polyamidamine or polyetheramine in a wt. ratio of 1:0.1 to 1:15. Used with mineral pigments and paper, where it whitens the fibres and mineral content equally. The polyamide amines is prepd. from aliphatic dicarboxylic acids and polyalkylpolyamines, and the polyetheramine from the reaction of polyepichlorhydrins with aliphatic polyamines.
