PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate type inductor, and a composition of a protection layer of the laminate type inductor.SOLUTION: The laminate type inductor comprises a protection layer including an inorganic filler having a drawing rate which differs between crosswise and lengthwise directions, or an inorganic filler coated with a coloring agent. The composition of the protection layer of the laminate type inductor includes an epoxy resin, 10-30 pts.wt. of an inorganic filler having a drawing rate which differs between crosswise and lengthwise directions and 10-30 pts.wt. of dispersant to 100 pts.wt. of the epoxy resin. According to the invention, the laminate type inductor is arranged to have an outermost insulator layer including an inorganic filler having a drawing rate which differs between crosswise and lengthwise directions, whereby the thermal deformation of the inductor chip is reduced, and the change of its outer shape owing to heat can be reduced. Thus, the laminate type inductor can be provided with its reliability ensured. |
