PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an arithmetic processing unit having a mechanism for reducing variations in a progress between arithmetic processing sections.SOLUTION: An arithmetic processing unit includes: a plurality of arithmetic processing sections for performing arithmetic processing; and a plurality of registers disposed so as to be associated with each of the plurality of arithmetic processing sections. When the program execution place of each of the plurality of arithmetic processing sections reaches a predetermined position in a program, the register value of the corresponding register among the plurality of registers is changed, and the priority of the plurality of arithmetic processing sections is changed in accordance with the register values of the plurality of registers. |
