PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refuge facility of a countermeasure for tsunami capable of effectively avoiding/reducing lives from suffering from tsunami, in the attack of big tsunami, while usually living a life as conventional and without requiring huge funds of the countermeasure for tsunami.SOLUTION: The refuge facility of the countermeasure for tsunami comprises: a flat foundation 1 which is not destroyed even by big tsunami; upright poles 2 in four corners of an upper part of the foundation 1; and a floating body 3, at an inner side surrounded by the poles 2, having a water-proof function, comprising a human refuge space 32 including a floor 31d for refuge, and having a function of floating like a ship. A scaffold 4 for refuge to the floating body is disposed proximately to an outer periphery of the floating body, such that the floating body 3 can be slid vertically and floated with the poles 2 in the four corners as guides while coping with tsunami. Refuge to the roof can also be performed and on the ceiling, a hatch is provided so as to go out to the roof and to get inside of the facility. Under the floor of the refuge space, a space portion is provided in which stock pile articles for the countermeasure for disasters can be stored. Furthermore, under the floating body, support members 5 are disposed so as to effectively float the floating body by passing tsunami therethrough. |
