The present invention relates to a remote access multi-purpose detachable board of an elevator operating system. A remote access multi-purpose detachable board of an elevator operating system according to the present invention includes: a wireless modem for voice call and data communication through a public network; an emergency call board which has a port for installing the wireless modem for enabling a remote site emergency call by accessing the public network through wireless communication, by selectively handling the wireless modem; and a remote monitoring board which is selectively installed on the emergency call board, has a port for installing the wireless modem for enabling a remote site emergency call by accessing the public network through wireless communication, by handling the wireless modem instead of the emergency call board, when installed on the emergency call board, and transmits its own remote monitoring data to a remote site through the wireless modem.
