A blood treatment filter (1A) whereby blood introduced via an inlet (25) is treated and discharged via an outlet (27). Said blood treatment filter (1A) is provided with the following: a filter container (3) whereby blood from the inlet (25) is introduced into an internal space (R) and treated blood is discharged via the outlet (27); a filter material (5) that partitions the internal space inside the filter container (3) into an inlet-side space (R1) and an outlet-side space (R2); an inlet port (21A) that forms an inlet channel (26) through which blood flowing from the inlet (25) toward the internal space (R) passes; and an outlet port (22A) that forms an outlet channel (28) through which blood flowing from the internal space (R) toward the outlet (27) passes. Blood passing through the filter material (5) is filtered so as to remove a specific component. The outlet channel (28) has a tapered outflow section (33) that increases in inside diameter from the internal-space (R) side thereof toward the outlet (27) side thereof.
