<p>A system for connecting individuals and business entities as members of an online community enables electronic communications and electronic commerce among the members. The system includes a trust account module and a membership module implemented by respective software. A database connected to the membership module records information regarding members of the online community. A plurality of trust accounts corresponding to members of the online community and implemented by the trust account module is established within the network, and funds within the trust accounts are accessible for disbursement only by a third party trustee.</p> |
