A battery pack 51 includes a secondary battery 51c disposed in a current path, a cut-off circuit 523 disposed in series to the secondary battery 51c in the current path, and a battery-side microcomputer 526 causing the cut-off circuit 523 to cut off the current path when at least one of full charge and abnormality of the secondary battery is detected.
