Disclosed is a powdery wall coating material composition presenting flame retardancy and electromagnetic wave blocking effects without a conventional flame retardant causing toxic gas during burning. For this, the prevent invention provides a powdery wall coating material composition flame retardancy and electromagnetic wave blocking effects comprises 100 parts by weight of sericite powder, 10-15 parts by weight of a lightweight sealer, and 1-15 parts by weight of powder resin. The powdery wall coating material composition does not include water, thereby extending retention period, reducing the decay over a predetermined period, and improving convenience and flexibility.
