The present invention relates to a structure for fastening a shovel blade reinforcement plate to a shovel body in a synthetic resin shovel. More specifically, the present invention has the purpose to provide and mass-produce strong synthetic resin shovels by respectively manufacturing a shovel body and a shovel blade reinforcement plate which comprise a synthetic shovel, and combining the shovel body and the shovel blade reinforcement plate. The synthetic shovel according to the present invention has a fastening groove of the shovel blade reinforcement plate on the front end of the shovel blade part of the shovel body, and a projection part which is inserted into the fastening groove of the shovel blade reinforcement plate integrally equipped on the shovel reinforcement plate of a metallic material. The projection part of the shovel blade reinforcement plate is inserted into the fastening groove of the shovel blade reinforcement plate, and the protrusion part projected from the bottom of the shovel body is bent to fasten the shovel body and the shovel blade reinforcement plate as one body. The present invention has advantage capable of providing a synthetic resin shovel which is able to be mass-produced and solid in an abrasion part as the shovel body and the shovel blade reinforcement plate are easily manufactured and rapidly assembled. |
