According to an embodiment of the present invention, a construction fire safety system uses: a maintenance database module which stores and manages facility data about each of the facilities installed inside a construction, and status monitoring data collected from the facilities; and a construction database module which stores and manages spatial data about the construction and location data of the facilities three-dimensionally. When a mobile device accesses the system and requests data about the construction, the construction fire safety system provides data about the construction to the mobile device. If the status monitoring data stays within a normal range, the system runs in a normal mode and provides spatial data and status monitoring data received from the construction database module. If the status monitoring data strays from the normal range, the system runs in a fire mode, determines the area corresponding to the status monitoring data as a fire site, visualizes the fire site three-dimensionally, and provides a graphic image of the fire.
