PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to ensure remote control of an operation object device using a remote controller for an existing electronic apparatus connected with the operation object device via a prescribed communication line.SOLUTION: An operation learning device includes: a transmission unit for transmitting a screen data signal to a prescribed communication line to display a prescribed screen on an electronic apparatus or another electronic apparatus connected via the electronic apparatus to prompt a user to perform button operation of a remote controller corresponding to prescribed operation which the operation learning device supports; a receiving unit for receiving a control signal which is generated correspondingly to a radio operation signal received by the electronic apparatus by button operation of the remote controller; a learning unit for generating an operation learning table for storing correspondence relation between the button operation determined by the control signal and the prescribed operation supported by itself; and a determination unit for determining the prescribed operation corresponding to each control signal by referring to the operation learning table.
