PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a space for housing a battery as large as possible while securely fixing a first cabinet and a second cabinet with each other.SOLUTION: In a portable telephone 1 (a portable terminal), a battery 6 is housed in an interior space between a first cabinet 3 and a second cabinet 4. In the portable telephone 1, a pair of first clip engagement parts 10 is formed in the first cabinet 3 so as to be spaced away from each other. Then, a pair of second clip engagement parts 11 is formed in the second cabinet 4 so as to correspond to the pair of first clip engagement parts 10. The first clip engagement parts 10 and the second clip engagement parts 11 are held by a clip member 12 formed by an elastic member while being abutted with each other. |
