An improved structure for a fan room in an engine room according to the present invention: is formed with a ventilating window on one surface of the wall of a fan room to let the air necessary for an engine room in or let the air inside the engine room out; is installed with a ventilating fan which is apart from the ventilating window by a predetermined distance; and is provided with a barrier in between the ventilating window and the ventilating fan so as to secure the necessary surface area of the ventilating window, and to lower the overall height of the fan room, thus making better use of a space and reducing the manufacturing cost following the downscale of the fan room. |
