PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information providing device, an information providing method, and an information providing program which can properly provide commodities or services.SOLUTION: An information providing device comprises: information acquisition means which acquires information about commodities or services of which advance order has been canceled, as cancel target information; user information storage means which stores user information about a user and address information in association for each user; determination means which determines a user of user information having specific relation with the cancel target among the user information stored in the user information storage means, as a recommendation destination user of the cancel target; and transmission means which acquires address information of the user determined as the recommendation destination by the determination means from the user information storage means, and transmits information about the cancel target to an address corresponding to the address information. |
